New England's Finest Academic All Star Games | 2025

New England is home to some of the best academic universities in the country. New England’s Finest is hosting its inaugural Academic All- Star game.  This event will be attended by players and college coaches who believe player development and academics are as important in the recruiting process as showcasing skills. The event is geared to providing softball exposure to academically strong players to play in front of the academic challenging schools.  Teams will be limited to 12 players to ensure ample playing time.  The Academic All-Star game will provide college coaches the opportunity to evaluate players both athletically and academically.  This event is open to all players in the following grad years, 2026-2027 and to those players that have met the below academic standards set by the attending college coaches.

• SAT - 1750 minimum score (If all three parts of the test are taken)
• SAT – 1168 minimum score (If only reading and math are taken)
• PSAT - 1110 minimum score
• ACT - 26 minimum score (using your composite score)
• GPA - 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher
  • Only 1 out of 5 requirements must be met to participate
